What is the Caffeine Freedom Coaching Program?

In a nutshell, it’s a 28-day journey to help you break free from caffeine. We’re not just about cutting back; we’re about understanding our dependence and enjoying the benefits of being caffeine-free. But don’t worry—we take it step by step.

Do I need to say goodbye to my beloved morning brew?

The goal is to reduce and eventually quit caffeine, but we’re all about the gentle approach. You decide the pace, and we’re here with guidance every sip of the way.

What if I start getting withdrawal symptoms?

We hear you; those headaches aren’t fun. But we’ve designed this challenge to minimize those nasty symptoms. And if they do crop up, we’ve got tricks up our sleeve to help.

How much time are we talking about daily?

Think of it as a short daily coffee break without the coffee—around 3-6 minutes. Some days might be shorter, some a tad longer.

I've tried quitting caffeine before, but it didn’t stick. How's this different?

That’s okay; we all stumble. This challenge combines knowledge, action, and reflection. We’re not just ditching caffeine; we’re building a new, healthier relationship with it.
